Mari was founded by a healthcare technology professional with hands-on experience in hospital technology deployments, workstation setup, field technician support and system validation.
That experience shapes our approach: understand the need, plan the details, test what matters and make the handoff clear. Your Mari project lead handles discovery and coordination, with an installer carrying out the agreed setup.
Not necessarily. We review what you already have and recommend replacements only where needed for your agreed goals. Equipment purchases require your approval.
Start with a free 15-minute fit call. A home-office assessment and plan is $149; a small-office assessment for one location and up to three users is $299. The assessment fee is credited toward a complete project. Full setup and Smart Audit projects receive a scope-based quote before work starts. Equipment, subscriptions and specialist work are separate.
Yes, within the changes your employer authorizes. We coordinate with your IT team when access or policies limit what we can do.
The audit provides an inventory, findings and recommendations. Approved fixes and upgrades are quoted separately. Electrical work, appliance repairs and specialist security testing go to appropriate specialists. Cameras and locks are tested only with explicit permission; this is not a safety certification.
You receive a walkthrough and documentation, plus the follow-up defined in your package. Additional support, maintenance and upgrades can be arranged separately.

The form uses a session cookie to protect submissions. Basic anti-abuse counters contain submission timestamps, not your message. Inquiry content is sent by email rather than stored in a website database. Hosting systems may keep technical access logs. Google Fonts supplies the site typography; no Mari analytics or marketing trackers have been added.
Inquiry emails remain in Mari’s mailbox until deleted. Contact hello@marispaces.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to any records we need to retain. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal data through this form.
